Everything you need to know about cancellations and refunds
⚠️ All cancellations and refunds follow the policies of our third-party rental suppliers. Billionaires Travel's own service fees are non-refundable in most cases.
When you book through Billionaires Travel, your rental is ultimately fulfilled by one of our supplier partners. Cancellation rules depend on the vehicle class, the supplier, and how close you are to your pickup date.
| Time of Cancellation | Refund Eligibility |
|---|---|
| More than 48 hours before pickup | Full refund minus service fees (subject to supplier policy) |
| 24 to 48 hours before pickup | Partial refund (50–75%) minus service fees |
| Less than 24 hours before pickup | Partial refund (0–25%) minus service fees |
| No-show at pickup | No refund |
Changes to pickup/drop-off dates or locations are possible subject to availability and the supplier's rules. A change fee may apply on top of any rate difference. Reach out as early as you can if your plans shift.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days back to your original payment method, depending on your bank's own processing times.
If a rental supplier cancels or is unable to fulfill your reservation, we'll help you secure a refund or an alternative vehicle where possible. Billionaires Travel isn't responsible for cancellations initiated by the supplier.
